Growexx is seeking an Oracle Fusion Financial Functional Consultant Trainee, who enjoys solving complex business and technical problems and wants to contribute to Growexx’s talented ERP delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the solution of large Oracle EBS/ERP Cloud (Fusion) transformation programs.
- Manage different phases of the consulting lifecycle, working with stakeholders in Growexx’s customer financial organizations to identify business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), and fitment recommendation.
- Intensely involved in business process consulting to define the problem, propose, and play a key role in the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution.
- Work along Growexx’s teams on project processes and deliverables, contribute to proposal development, customer training, internal capability building, and process standardization, and help detail the project scope.
- Shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable Growexx’s customers to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Key Skills
- Trained on Oracle Cloud Financials R13 with functional design and configuration experience in some combination of Oracle Cloud Financials/Oracle EBS modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM).
- Additional training in Accounting Hub (AHCS), Subledger Accounting (SLA), Intercompany (IC), Expenses, Tax and Procurement is an added advantage.
- Well-versed in finance cycles and accounting cycles like Procure to Pay (P2P), Record to Report (R2R), and Order to Cash (O2C).
- Trained in reporting tools like Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), SmartView, or Hyperion Financial Reporting Studio is an added advantage.
- Trained in preparing functional documents in Oracle implementation such as Solution Design, Configuration Workbook, Data Migration, etc.
- Ability to research, evaluate, and establish business processes associated with ERP.
- Solid understanding of the finance function, specifically Controllership, including operating models, supporting organization structures, and process best practices.
Education & Experience
- Relevant finance and consulting experience, preferably in a professional services firm.
- 0-1 year of relevant experience in Oracle Cloud Financials.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance is preferred.
