GrowExx is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financial Functional Consultant based in India, who enjoys solving complex business and technical problems and wants to contribute to Growexx’s talented ERP delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to large Oracle EBS/ERP Cloud (Fusion) transformation programs.
- Manage different phases of the consulting lifecycle, including business requirements identification, functional design, process design, and Fitment recommendation.
- Involve in business process consulting to define problems, propose solutions, and play an important role in development, configuration, and deployment.
- Guide Growexx’s teams on project processes and deliverables, contribute to proposal development, customer training, internal capability building, and process standardization.
- Shape value-adding consulting solutions to meet the changing needs of Growexx’s customers.
Key Skills
- Experience in implementing Oracle EBS/Financials Cloud for large enterprises, particularly Oracle EBS R12 (preferably R12.2) and Financials.
- Full implementation lifecycle experience of at least one Oracle ERP Cloud Financials project (Release 10 or later).
- Implementation experience in Oracle EBS/Financials Cloud modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash management
- Functional design and configuration experience on all the above-mentioned Oracle Cloud Financials/Oracle EBS modules.
- Demonstrated experience as an architect in defining system strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, conducting CRPs, user training and cutover activities.
- Experience leading functional and technical teams for system support and new system implementation.
- Researching, evaluating, and establishing business processes associated with ERP.
- Planning, assisting, and delivering migration of customer data and business processes from On-Premises to Oracle ERP Cloud service.
- Solid understanding of finance functions, including controllership, operating models, organization structures, and process best practices.
- Designing finance, accounting, consolidations, and reporting solutions with expertise in Oracle/EBS, Oracle Cloud Financials, and Oracle Fusion.
Education & Experience
- Relevant finance and consulting experience, preferably in a professional services firm.
- 5-6+ years of combined experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud Financials.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance is preferred.
