Growexx is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join the team and play a crucial role in managing the human resources functions of the organization. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, payroll management, grievance resolution, and all other aspects of human resources management. The HR Manager will be responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures, fostering a positive work environment, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire spectrum of HR operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all HR processes.
- Administering compensation and benefit plans
- Coordinate and execute various HR activities, including onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
- Develop and manage performance-linked incentive programs to motivate and reward high-performing employees
- Regularly assess the effectiveness of incentive programs and adjust as necessary
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant tax laws
- Collaborate with finance to address any payroll-related discrepancies and implement timely resolutions
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture
- Conduct regular surveys to assess employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Establish an effective grievance resolution system and ensure timely and fair resolution of employee concerns
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on conflict resolution and dispute management
- Manage the resignation process, conduct exit interviews, and analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing employee retention
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
- Ability to negotiate with prospects on various aspects
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a focus on end-to-end HR operations.
