Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and business plan.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business challenges and provide HR solutions.
- Collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategies.
- Drive organizational culture, employee engagement, and leadership development initiatives
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.
- Analyze engagement survey data to identify retention risks and create action plans to address areas for improvement.
- Develop talent management frameworks, including succession planning, to support business growth. Promote a culture of open communication and collaboration across the organization.
- Drive hiring manager satisfaction by setting clear expectations, providing regular updates, and delivering high-quality candidates.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
- Address employee grievances and mediate conflict to ensure a harmonious work environment.
- Develop and manage compensation and benefits structures that are competitive and equitable.
- Oversee payroll processing and compliance with statutory regulations.
- Oversee the performance management system, ensuring clear objectives, regular feedback, and personal development plans for all employees.
- Ensure that performance evaluations are conducted timely and linked to promotions, rewards, and career development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
- Monitor attrition rates within the IT division, identifying trends and root causes.
- Develop strategies to address high turnover areas and enhance employee satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and practices in line with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Use HR analytics and metrics to guide decision-making and improve HR processes.
- Lead initiatives aimed at fostering a respectful and supportive environment for all employees.
Key Skills
- Experience working in Agile or fast-paced IT environments.
- Knowledge of industry-specific trends, especially in talent acquisition and retention in IT
- Proven experience in managing all aspects of human resources (talent management, organizational development, employee relations, compliance, etc.).
- Strong understanding of local and global HR practices, laws, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage change and foster a culture of innovation.
- Proficiency in HR management software and HR analytics tools.
- Experience with interfacing with international audiences.
- Ability to work against tight deadlines
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in the IT or tech industry.
