GrowExx is seeking a System Administrator, who has in-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Federation, Windows Server 2012/2012 R2, Windows security, AD Proxy, Virtual Directory solution, Virtual Machines, and related technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Must know the ISO 27000 Principles and implement the same in the organization
- Ensure the organization is aligned to work on HIPAA / PCI Compliant projects by ensuring all the IT requirements are fulfilled
- Implement SSO and integrate major 3rd party applications across the organization
- Manage Office 365 Accounts / Google Workspace and applications across the organization
- Knowledge of SharePoint and app integration would be helpful
- Manage Sophos Firewall and ensure policies are adhered
- Manage Seqrite Antivirus End Point along with DLP
- Manage Data Backup and Storage systems along with Automation for the same
- Responsible for setup & configuration of workstation/ desktop PC and Laptops for Linux/Windows/ Mac.
- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, system and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs
- Sorting the problem of user by taking VNC/ Remote Desktop/ Field
- Ensure System security and health of the network both WAN and VPN
- Install, configure, maintain active directory and third-party software utilities for hardware systems within company operational guidelines
- Manage IT Hardware and Software along with Asset Tracking.
- Back-up link availability testing and monitoring
- Monitoring LAN/WAN traffic
- Sophos monitoring & management
- Processing alert from existing monitoring solutions
- Deployment management. Planning coordination and management of new installation
- Performance statistics and alarm generation against any violations
- Monitor and control configuration aspects like IP address, subnet mask, DNS settings
- Focus on Data Security & Data Recovery
Key Skills
- Extensive experience with infrastructure and server theories, principal and concepts; application infrastructure and standards; networking fundamentals; windows; Physical Server architecture; Virtualization Technologies (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V) and LAN/WAN/Firewall/VPN network technologies.
- Expertise in Linux/windows OS Installation
- Expertise knowledge of Microsoft 365 including AD, teams, outlook
- Expertise of Sophos firewall
- Expertise of Sequrite Antivirus with DLP
- Should have any one Microsoft certified (optional)
- Should have configured active directory-based systems
- Should have experience in implementation of ISO 27000 process
Education and Experience
- B Tech or B. E. from top 100 colleges
- Minimum 5 Years of experience as Network Engineer
